We know how hard it can be to navigate stress at work, but you don’t have to face it alone.
Stress at Work Survey
The Health and Safety Executive defines stress as ‘the adverse reaction people have to excessive pressures or other types of demands placed upon them.’
At Unite the Union we know that stress at work increasingly impacts on people at work to some extent. We are asking you to take a few minutes to fill out this survey. This survey will form the baseline to understanding what is happening in your workplace and your contribution will help to ensure that your organisation has an action plan in place to combat work-related stress.Â
Choosing Options:
- 1 – Very Low: Little to no stress.
- 2 – Low: Mild stress, manageable without much impact.
- 3 – Moderate: Noticeable stress, affecting work but still manageable.
- 4 – High: Significant stress impacts performance and well-being.
- 5 – Very High: Extreme stress, severely affecting day-to-day activities and health.
