Overtime rates apply above your basic working week (38 hours):
- Monday to Friday, above normal hours for the day - Rate A (x1.4).
- Saturdays, above normal hours - first 4 hours at Rate A, then Rate B (x1.8).
- Sundays, above normal hours - all at Rate B (x1.8).
Shift premium
Shift payments are a percentage of base pay, set by the contractor from
these published benchmarks, in consultation with workforce teams.

Living Wage, set by the Living Wage Foundation - £13.45/hour outside
