What we use analytics for

This site uses Google's analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, container GTM-3C8V4TTD) solely to understand how the site is used — which pages are opened, roughly how many people visit, and where things are confusing or broken. This information is used only for site development: deciding what to fix, simplify or build next. It is not used for advertising, it is not sold, and it is not linked to your name or membership record.

Your choice

Analytics is switched off by default. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you're happy for anonymised usage data to be collected. Nothing is recorded unless you press Accept. If you press Decline, or close the banner without choosing, analytics stays off and no analytics cookies are set.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for unitehpc.com, which will show the banner again on your next visit.

Other data on this site

The Report a Concern form is currently a design preview — it is not active, and anything typed into it is not sent or stored anywhere. When that form goes live, this policy will be updated to explain exactly what is collected, who at UNITE can see it, and how long it is kept.
